I am great at sitting still listening or watching an event…but sitting still just to sit still…that is a challenge.

Sitting still at first for 15 mins and increasing the time more and more…now at 30 mins!

The challenge: my mind wanders all over the place and in the Master Key …it says take control of your thoughts.

I do..for a moment then I get off to another thought and another…

How do I keep my mind from wandering and stay focus on the life I want?

Controlling my physical being is so much easier than my thoughts.
