Well…I keep reading about habits and replacing bad habits with good habits.

I realize that I was fooling myself by thinking I had control.

Just before starting this journey, I was playing games on my telephone, ipad etc. saying that this relaxes me . Now I realize that my 10 minutes have grown to an hour. An hour of wasted time!

This is not moving me in the right direction of achieving my goals…so as of this day NO more games!!!
